Monitoring

Not only does Gener8t design and install generator solutions, We also provide off site monitoring of all generator telemetry. The concept was born with many clients not being able to diagnose or manage their own generators. The solution allows Gener8t to monitor the generator via cellular networks.

An SMS modem ( Wavecom Extend or Wavecom Supreme ) is installed into the generator and coupled to the AMF panel. Extensive development has been completed to ensure for reliable transmission of all alarms and signals sent from the generator.

The alarms that can be generated from the AMF panel via the SMS modem can vary from low fuel to High engine temperatures. The SMS's can be sent to the client directly or they can be redirected to the Gener8t Call Centre, which captures modem alarms for many companies.

Gener8t currently installs the SMS telemetry equipment to generators with Deep Sea Controllers, Lovato and Datakom.
